Saudi Earth was established in March 2008 by a group of professional members consisting five partners. It is basically a developing company which concentrates on developing and promoting the establishment of new companies/projects in Mining Sector in Saudi Arabia and providing geo mining services.

Saudi Earth is currently in the process of developing a new holding company which will be named as Maadan Al Wattan; it will be a Closed Joint Stock Mining Company. The technical and commercial study for the new company is completed and the Feasibility study, the Private Placement Memorandum is underway. It is expected to complete the project by the month of October 2010.
